NOTABLE FEATURES: Shinya is described as a striking, handsome young man with snow-white hair. He has light blue eyes, and pale skin. BRIEF PERSONALITY: Easygoing, cheerful, friendly, polite, lightens up the mood. Tends to bury and repress his real emotions. A team player, and pretty easy to get along with as long as you don't make him angry. IC PERMISSIONS. PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Totally fine! He generally won't mind, and will probably reciprocate.
